1. Copyright

All course content is copyrighted by the creator, Steve Bretel Creative Arts, and sharing of any content - images, text, audio, links, pdfs etc., - in any form such as on social media, press, audio platforms, blogs, webinars etc., is not allowed. Any such infringement will violate copyright, and may lead to prosecution. 

2. Access to course content

By creating an account and making the required payment, you are able to access courses, and other relevant information related to the study by you, the learner.

3. Use of course

Courses take a considerable amount of time to plan, write, film, edit and upload. The course and other content is available for use in your own studies only. For anyone else to access course content, they must make a separate payment, and enrol accordingly.

4. Use of materials

Any course downloads may not be modified or reproduced in any way, and are for your own use only. Any links to course content you are provided with, shall not be shared with any other party, apart from (5) below.

5. Sharing of course links

The only links that can be shared are to the site home page, or course home page itself. These can be shared on social media, and/or by email, in order that others can view the course page, and enrol if they wish. No other links are to be shared.

6. Cancellation by you

30 days money back if not completely satisfied with the course. No refund after this period.

7. When interacting online:

Conversations with the tutor, Steve Bretel, or course participants should be considerate and respectful at all times. Any comments given about the work of other participants needs to be constructive and supportive.

8. Concerns or complaints

These must be made in writing, by email, and as soon as possible, so that the matter can be dealt with in a timely fashion.

9. Disclaimer

All information is correct at the time of publication, and are subject to change without notice. Please check for any changes regularly. Every effort is made to offer the courses as advertised, however, Steve Bretel Creative Arts reserves the right to withdraw a course and to change both the content and the pricing if the need arises, without prior notice. However, participants who have already paid in full for a course will not be subject to any such price increase, or loss of access to course materials. Minor changes of course content may be made without notice if errors are noticed, or to clarify, or update information for the benefit of students.

These Terms & Conditions are non-negotiable. If you consider them to be unacceptable, please do not enrol in the course.
